Really appreciated Mike and his team taking care of my RAV4 when her alternator broke and left me stranded. I was far from home without my dad/bf but they answered all my questions and were patient when I would ask for time to reiterate that to my car people lol. They really are knowledgeable and really tried their best to meet my needs. Appreciate yall! Also one of the employees has a super cool car!

Mike and his team @ A&E are both efficient and cumunacative in what they do, ive been to a number of automotive repair shops in the Pasadena area and this is by far the best service I've received, the turn around for repairs is quite impressive in itself. Definitely will be returning for my fleet needs and recommending this shop.

Mike is a fantastic mechanic! My entire family brings their cars here. I've convinced friends to come here. Mike gets the job done- turnaround is fast, and he doesn't rip you off. Car parts are expensive and he will tell you if a part absolutely needs to be replaced or if it's ok to drive around. for a while. My girlfriend used to go see a mechanic in Silverlake, I got her to go to A&E and she's never going back to her old mechanic. Mike and his business are great.

I'm glad I found this place. I hate taking my car to the dealer for service, especially when paying those high prices. I brought my wife's 2020 Ford Explorer for throttle body and fuel injection cleaning service. Upon getting the car back, my wife's Explorer drives smoother and accelerates better than ever! Thanks, A & E. I will be back to bring my Ford Fusion for service!

AAA told me 45 minutes! A Car Auto arrived in 10! And the Roadside Battery assistant Tango was an amazing help. My battery died on me randomly when my son and I came out of the book store and I was worried we’d be stuck in the heat for an hour but they were On it and got to me super fast! I was very appreciative of their promptness
